ABA High Low Pressure High Speed Film Blowing Machine
Features and Uses:
lts extruder, cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel that have been nitrized and processed in a precision way. Hence it is sound in hardness,durable in corrosion resistance.
The specially-designed screw is of sound quality in plasticizing, which helps increase the production capacity, it is applied to blowing the plastic films like low density polyethylene(LDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and all degradable plastic film. lt is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff, clothing, rubbish bag and vest ones.

1. 50% filler, revolutionary cost reduction
Unique A/B/A three-layer structure puts cheap CaCO₃ or recycled material in the core B layer. Filler ratio up to 50% – dramatically lowers per-ton cost.
2. Sandwich structure, reliable sealing
Pure virgin material in both A layers (skins) ensures excellent heat seal strength, while the B layer provides stiffness. Solves the “tear easily, leak at seal” problem of traditional filled bags.
3. Opacity and soft touch combined
Outer A layer gives smooth surface and print adhesion; B layer enhances whiteness. Achieves the look and feel of virgin material bags at a fraction of the cost.
4. High-output design for high filler
Optimized spiral mandrel eliminates intermixing between layers. Maintains high production speed even with heavy filler content.
5. Reduced crease whitening & stress
Symmetrical structure balances internal stress. Bags show less whitening at fold lines, giving budget bags a premium appearance.
