1. Multi-component synergy, layered functionality

   Layer C for anti-slip, layer B for toughness, layer A for low-temperature heat seal. One machine produces film combining puncture resistance and low-temp performance – ideal for high-value packaging.

2. Asymmetric structure design

   Breaks symmetry limits – allows different materials inside vs. outside (e.g., metallocene inside for hot-tack, LLDPE outside for tear resistance). Delivers special physical properties.

3. Eliminates delamination & wrinkling

   Precision distributor ensures perfect melt bonding inside the die. Prevents bubble instability, layer separation, and wrinkles caused by mismatched melt flow or temperature.

4. Low-temperature heat seal, high-speed packaging

   Seal layer (layer C) can use low-initiation-temperature resin. Lowers sealing temperature – compatible with high-speed automatic packagers, ideal for heat‑sensitive products (chocolate, pastries).

5. Differentiation for high-margin orders

   Easily co-extrude barrier layers (EVOH/PVB), anti-static, slip, anti-microbial, etc. Helps customers win high-profit orders in food and medical packaging.

The heating rings of the screw mold head are made of thickened ceramics.

 

The reduction gearbox is an open-line cylindrical helical gear with hard tooth surface precision grinding.

 

The three-way valve is processed with a comprehensive chrome plating process to improve the plasticization effect and brightness of the material.

 

The mirror surface of the mold head is chrome plated, which is beneficial for improving brightness and plasticization, and the adjustment uses a ball-type mechanism.

 

The double outlet air ring adopts Italian processing technology and design, which is beneficial for the stability and transparency of the film.
